Myself 2000
Hi, I am Robert Naverstam.
I was born on the 19th of
November, 1957 in Sweden, at S:t Erics Hospital in the centre of Stockholm. I am
an autodidact painter, that is, I have been going for 14 years at an art therapy,
that was supposed to develop me as an artist, and as a human. We also spoke
about my former life, and I got advice on how to act in certain situations. They
called it psychotherapy I believe. I hope for me to be able to live on my work
in the future. I also hope, to be able to develop further as a human and as an
artist. I hope to some day be able to publish my moviescripts, and I also hope,
to be able to get my comics published in some newspaper or magazine.
I grew up in Vällingby, a suburb of Stockholm, and I
was the only child, growing up with a working mother. I went to kindergarten,
and I had a stepfather later, that I never liked. But the last years, he and my
mother had separated. He is now dead since some years. But he was at least, in
some ways a better person than my mother.
Nowadays, I live on the island of Södermalm in the
centre of Stockholm. I have my gallery, and I hope to be able to live from my
work as soon as possible. As a thing that is to be told, about myself, is that I
am for the time being, is going, in confirmation classes, as an adult, to
learn more about, what is to be known, about christian religious belief.
The church nearest to me, is the Maria Magdalena, and I visit it
regularily.

More about me
I hope to write more about myself later. But if you
want to support Naverstam Web Art Gallery, with the essential drivingfluid of
money, I am leaving one of my accounts, plusgirokonto 291704-5, open for
incoming funds, so that we can be able to continue our work, for a better world.
As for as it is, I still have to say, that this is not
Art.se, or art gallery.
That is a competitor in the same block as me. As Södermalm is Swedens
greenwitch village, there are some other competitive gallerys nearby. But I did
exhibit some of my works there the august of 2005.
I hope to be able to publish some of my comics in some book
soon. I also hope
to be able to live from my work as an artist and as a writer.
When I do something else, as I had problems as a young
adult, I nowadays go
to Fountain House Stockholm, as often as
possible. I will try to support their work with 1% of the income from my site,
when possible in the future.
I also has a daughter, Lina Jaros, who is grown up now. For the moment, she
is studying at the The Royal Swedish Academy of Arts. She has had several
exhibitions, some together with the Academy, and she has been able to sell some
works. In 2006, she had some works exhibited, at the Lilijewahls spring
exhibition.
This was this about that.
Thank You,
Robert Naverstam.
