Stockholm 2008-11-24
Stockholm is a City, and it can have a swift change in the weather. This Friday, all was normal, no snow present. But as I came out to Hellasgarden, this Sunday, it just came to show, all was white, and all was cold. The lake was dark, but no ice was present. If the cold is continuing, and no change in the weather is coming, all will be white for about three to four months now. Now the Swedish winter is coming.
The day after, that was today or monday, I saw that all was snowing, and all was white, very white I can say. In the coming days, there might be more snow, but someone else said I heard, that there might be a change, for the warmer, in just two or three days.
If I may say it myself, Stockholm is and can be, a city for wintersports, all winter long. Maybe not so much downhill, or slalom as for longski. I do not do much skiing myself, but I do see the weather, and there is places present, for tourists, that want to have a big city as Stockholm nearby, as there is, if you go to Stockholm.
I can however not give you a guarantee, in the face of the Stockholm weather for all of our winter long. Check for the forcast, and look for yourself. If the weather continues, I hope to be able to show you pictures, of my city Stockholm and nearby, in the coming days.
